Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you request a quote or book service with WR Junk Removal. Please read them so we're on the same page.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the junk removal, hauling, and light demolition services provided by WR Junk Removal (“WR,” “we,” “us”) in Denton County, Texas. By requesting a quote or booking a job, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide junk removal, hauling, property cleanouts, and light demolition. The specific work we'll perform is the work described in your quote. Anything beyond that may require a new or updated quote.

Quotes & pricing

Any prices shown on this website — including the tiers on our pricing page — are starting estimates for reference only. Your actual price is a flat quote based on the volume your items take up, the type of materials, and site access. We confirm that flat price with you before any work begins.

If the job as we find it differs materially from what was described — for example, significantly more volume, heavy materials (concrete, dirt, tile), difficult access, or items we cannot accept — we may adjust the quote or decline the job. You are free to approve the revised price or walk away at no charge before work starts.

Scheduling, cancellations & no-shows

We'll agree on a service window with you in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We ask for reasonable notice; repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows when our crew has already arrived may be subject to a trip charge, which we'll always discuss with you first.

Your responsibilities

  • Make sure the items are yours to dispose of, or that you have permission to have them removed.
  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the items and a place for our truck and trailer.
  • Tell us in advance about anything hazardous, unusually heavy, or hard to reach.
  • Remove any personal or valuable items you want to keep before we arrive — once you point out what's going, we haul it.

Items we cannot accept

For legal and safety reasons, we cannot haul hazardous materials or certain regulated items, including:

  • Wet paint, stains & solvents
  • Gasoline, diesel, motor oil & fuels
  • Propane tanks & pressurized cylinders
  • Household & automotive batteries
  • Asbestos & asbestos-containing materials
  • Chemicals, pesticides & cleaners
  • Medical, biohazard & human/animal waste
  • Ammunition, explosives & fireworks
  • Tires (sometimes accepted for an added fee — ask first)

This list isn't exhaustive. If you're unsure whether we can take something, send us a photo first and we'll let you know. If prohibited items are mixed into a load without notice, we may leave them behind or adjust the quote.

Property & liability

Our crew treats your property with care and takes reasonable steps to avoid damage. That said, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from moving large or heavy items through tight spaces, or damage caused by conditions outside our control. If you believe we caused damage, please tell us within 3 days so we can make it right.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We'll tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your quote.

Photos of our work

We may take before-and-after photos of the work we do to show the quality of our service. We won't include anything that personally identifies you or your address. If you'd prefer we not photograph your job, just let us know.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts of Denton County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one posted here, with the “last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
